This will be used in an infographic on wayside signage at the Fire Island National Seashore Lighthouse, near the boathouse. The signage will be mounted next to the partial skull of a Humpback whale to give context to visitors what kind of bones they are looking at, and how they “fit” into the animal’s skeleton, as well as other facts about the species.

This is a piece of an interior mural at the Carman’s River Canoe and Kayak Center, in the educational building in the back. I was asked to collaborate on this project by artist Jan Porinchak at natureworks-illustration.com, who painted the fresh water flora and fauna for this project.
